How To Book Your Ride
Please follow the below steps to book your ride within 2 minutes!!
Step 1: Download, Signup and Login
- Go to Play Store and Download the Ridezzup App.
- Signup / Login to the App.
Step 2: KYC Details
- Upload your Documents.
- Make sure Documents are clear and visible.
- Complete your Profile.
Step 3: Choose Location, Pickup and Drop Time
- Choose the Location from the List.
- Select your desired Pickup Date and Time.
- Select your Drop Off Date and Time.
Step 4: Select a Vehicle and Make the Payment
- Pick a Vehicle and check it's details.
- Make the Payment by using any payment method available.
- Collect your booked Vehicle from the Location.
Step 5: Track your Booking History
- View your Booked Orders.
- View your Pending Orders.
- View your Completed / Cancelled Orders.

No, All the vehicles are without fuel.

Is there any security deposit for booking?
Yes, there is security deposit amount of 100 Rs which is refundable.

Can customer extend the ride duration after booking?
Yes, customer can extend the ride time after booking by calling to the same center from where he picked the bike.

Which different IDs are required to book the ride?
It is mandatory to upload driving license and Aadhar card. Kindly bring original DL and Aadhar at the time of pick-up.

Does customer need to make full payment at the time of booking?
Yes.

Is there penalty for damages?
Yes, according to the charges mentioned in terms of use customer will be fined for damages.
