Terms of Use

  1. The documents mentioned below need to be verified, in original, for each hirer. Document 2 will be deposited by the hirer be in Hirer's name. Security deposit Rs. 1000.
  2. In the case of renting a superbike (SOOCC and above), the minimum age required is 21. If the hirer is under the stipulated age, his or her order will be cancelled without any refund. No rent refund would be issued in such cases. The documents mentioned below need to be verified, in original, for each hirer. Document 2 will be deposited by the hirer at the time of pickup and it will be returned during drop off Failure to furnish the documents will lead to the order being cancelled. No rent refund would be issued in such cases.

  • Document 1 - Driving License
  • Document 2 - Passport, Aadhar Card, any Corporate ID card, ID card issued to any Govt. employee, PAN (Any one of these)
  • Hirer should follow Traffic rules and regulations. All Challans issued due to hirer's negligence need to be paid in full to the Penalizing authority.
  • Hirer will ensure proper care of properties of Ridezzup. Loss or damage will attract charges. Loss of key e Rs. 500, RC @ R$. 3000, Helmet ® MRP.
  • Driving under the influence of Alcohol/Drugs is strictly prohibited. Ridezzup Taxi will not be responsible to compensate for any mishaps and their consequences in such cases. The hirer will be liable to pay for all damages to the vendor for the same. And liable to pay for liabilities and fines. Hirer has to drop the bike at the office of Ridezzup. No requests will be accommodated for a change in the drop location. The Pick-up date, time and location cannot be changed once a booking is confirmed.
BOOKING CANCELLATION:
  • 0-48 Hours before start of the trip- The entire amount paid by the hirer will be charged as cancellation fee. There will be NO REFUND made for such cancellations. More than 48 hours before start of the trip - 20% of the amount or rent will be deducted as cancellation fee and the remaining 80% of the amount will be refunded. The refunded amount will reflect in the hirer's bank account within 7-10 business days. If any booking is cancelled by Ridezzup. For any reason, a full refund will be initiated. For any cancellation or refund, it takes 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account. NOTE:-The rent can vary for different vehicles and all the vehicles are without fuel.
IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR ACCIDENT- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. In case of damage to the two-wheeler on rent due to accident/mishandling/carelessness, appropriate charges will be calculated by the Ridezzup and the hirer is liable to pay the same to the Hello Bike along with the daily tariff until the bike is ready for renting again.
  2. As per Co.'s policy we don't claim any damages below Rs. 10000.00 from the insurance co. Hence hirer has to bear the amount in full up to Rs. 10000.00 along with the daily tariff until the bike is ready for renting again. In case of major damages, the Hirer is liable to pay, in full amount of Bill or Rs. 10000.00 plus 10 days tariff of the bike, including incidental charges If any. In case of Total loss and Theft, the Hirer is liable to pay, Rs. 10000.00 plus Cost of Registration and insurance plus 15 days tariff of the bike including incidental charges If any. Hereby state that I have gone through the terms and conditions of bike on rent and agree to abide by the same.

USER
  • The user shall sign a complete Application Form in acceptance of the terms & Conditions prior to use of the vehicle.
  • The Agreement should be between user and the Ridezzup only.
  • In case of any issue the user will solely be responsible.
  • The user must be 18+ and should carry driving license.
  • User will be responsible for any traffic violations incurred due to use of a rented vehicle.
  • The User have to submit only Rs.1000/- for security.
USE OF VEHICLE
  • Vehicles provided by us can be used for the personal use only. It cannot be used as taxi or any type of revenue generated item.
  • Drink and Drive is not allowed. If done so, the user will be fined of Rs. 500.
  • Our vehicles cannot be used in any type of rally, exhibition, race or criminal act. If found so, the charges will be decided by the Ridezzup team only.
  • As the vehicle is 2-seater only, so don’t try to exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle
  • The vehicle can’t be used for any activity which is deemed illegal by the Indian Penal Code.
  • The user is not allowed to smoke around the vehicle. If done so, the user will be fined.
PICK UP AND DROP
  • The user can collect the pre-booked vehicle from the centre after verifying his/her identity and on completing the requisite paperwork. Booking time is calculated from the moment, the user gains possession of the vehicle’s keys. Prior to taking possession, it is the User's responsibility to inspect the vehicle carefully. In the event of any damages or malfunction, the user should inform Ridezzup team immediately.

  • One helmet will be provided by us and for extra helmet it will cost Rs.50/-
  • It is the responsibility of the user to return the vehicle in the same condition as at the time of pickup. In case the vehicle is found to be soiled and/or damaged, cleaning charges and/or penalty will apply accordingly subject to a maximum of Rs. 1000 or depending on the extent of the damage. (to be decided by Ridezzup team after the ride).
  • Ridezzup requests its users to kindly check all the features of the vehicle. In the event of any queries, the user is free to contact a Ridezzup official. In case the user is dissatisfied with the performance of the vehicle, he/she must inform a Ridezzup official at the time of pickup. In such an event the user will be provided by an alternate vehicle of his/her choice as per availability. In case no alternate vehicles are available, the booking deposits will be reimbursed to the user’s bank account.
  • In order to return possession, the user must hand over the keys of the vehicle to a Ridezzup employee at the centre. If the keys are not returned, Ridezzup will consider that the user is yet to return possession and the user will be charged accordingly.
  • The vehicle must be returned at the authorized Ridezzup pickup point only. In case the user fails to return the vehicle on time for any reason, penalty charges will apply accordingly
PENALTY
  • If the User wants to increase the 'booking plan' during his ride, then he should take the permission from the Ridezzup team. The team will check whether the vehicles are available or not.
  • If the user is taking permission after the completion of the 'booking plan', he will be charged Rs.100/hour.
  • Over speeding (above 70km/hr) will lead you to the fine of Rs.200 (speed can be traced by us).
  • In case of any damage to the vehicle or accident, the user will be responsible and have to pay the damage charge.
  • Any Scratch on the vehicle can lead you to fine of Rs.1000/-
  • Loss of helmet can invite you the charge of Rs.1000/- And any scratch on the helmet will be Rs.50/-
  • Any damage or the tempering with the Ridezzup logo on the vehicle or helmet, the user have to pay 2500/-(as it is the sign of our dignity).
VEHICLE BREAKDOWN/FAILURE
  • In the event of vehicle breakdown or member failure, the user should inform Ridezzup team immediately. In case the vehicle cannot be repaired at the location of breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided by Ridezzup, subject to availability within 10kms radius of Ridezzup team pickup points.
  • The user will have to bear the expenses of towing, repair and other costs if a replacement vehicle is not available or Road Side Assistance is unable to resolve the issue or the breakdown id due to customer negligence.
  • For any issues that the user experiences with the vehicle mechanical/electrical condition, we urge the user to bring it to our attention by informing our Ridezzup team. After that our team will take the action as per our convenience.
  • This list is non-exhaustive due to the variability in issues caused as part of any vehicle and Ridezzup team reserves the right to deny claims of reimbursement for issues stemming due to member failure as defined above.
LEGAL ACTION
  • The court of Gorakhpur, Uttar pradesh, India have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any legal dispute or conflict between Ridezzup and its users arising from the services of Ridezzup. The user must pay Ridezzup attorney fees and bear the cost of legal proceedings relating to this agreement, including appeals. A user must immediately notify and deliver to Ridezzup every summons, complaint, document, or notice of any kind received by the user in any way relating to an accident, theft, or other circumstances related to the Ridezzup vehicle.
